What happened

Jetmax International is recalling wooden storage racks with three levels and nine removable canvas totes that were sold at Wal-Mart under the "Home Trend Kids" brand name. The racks come in two styles—a boy's version with natural wood and red, yellow, green, and navy totes, and a girl's version with white wood and pink, yellow, lime, and purple totes. The storage racks can tip over, creating an entrapment and suffocation hazard to young children. A child's death has been associated with this hazard.

Consumers who own one of these storage racks should immediately prevent children from using them and contact Jetmax International to obtain a free repair kit that will add stability to the base.

Wal-Mart sold the storage rack under the brand "Home Trend Kids 9 Canvas Bin Boy's and Girl's Organizers."
