American Suzuki Motor Corp. is recalling the 2007 model year QuadSport Z90 ATV (model number LT-Z90K7) due to a welding defect in the left and right suspension arm bushings. The defective bushing pivot mount boss may break off during riding, which could cause the rider to lose control of the vehicle and crash, resulting in serious injury or death. The recalled ATVs were sold in yellow and white colors and feature "QuadSport" printed in silver or white letters, "Z90" in red or black letters, and "Suzuki" in black letters. The model number is located on the lower right side of the frame, and the vehicle identification number (VIN) is on the left rear side of the frame.
Consumers who own one of these recalled ATVs should stop using the vehicle immediately and contact their local Suzuki ATV dealer to schedule a free repair appointment.
