NRS and LL Bean are recalling inflatable water boards because they are missing required safety warning labels. The affected products are the NRS Manta Surfer River Board and the LL Bean Body Board, which measure 41 inches long by 24 inches wide. The NRS version is black, red, and blue with the NRS logo on top, while the LL Bean version is black, yellow, and blue with the LL Bean logo on top. You can identify recalled boards by item numbers 1869 (NRS) or 41869 (LL Bean) printed on the tag in the bottom seam near the inflation valve.
The missing label should warn: "CAUTION: This is not a lifesaving device. Never leave children unattended in or near water." Affected consumers will receive an attachable label from either NRS or LL Bean, and the record states that consumers should immediately affix the label to the device as directed.
