John Deere & Co. is recalling certain compact utility tractors because the seat belt bracket, which attaches to the seat, may have been positioned incorrectly during manufacturing, resulting in a poor weld. If a tractor rolls over, the weight of the operator could cause the bracket to break off the seat's pivot plate, creating a safety hazard. The affected tractors are green with yellow seats and wheels, and include models 3120, 3320, 3520, 3720, 4120, and 4320, with specific serial numbers listed in the recall notice.
