What happened

The Sportsstuff Wego Kite Tube is a 10-foot-wide circular yellow inflatable watercraft designed to be towed behind a power boat. A hazard exists because riders can become airborne by pulling on handles attached to the floor of the tube, which can result in serious injuries. The affected product is Model 53-5000, identifiable by text printed near the product valve, black caution warning stripes on the floor, and a skull and crossbones symbol on the cover with the warning "Never Kite higher than you are willing to fall."
