Tiki® Cone Metal Torch
Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
Lamplight Farms Inc. and the CPSC have recalled Tiki® Cone Metal Torches that were sold at Wal-Mart. The torches are 6-foot-long outdoor open-flame lamps with a black metal pole and copper-colored cone-shaped head, with a black decorative rod spiraling around the head. The problem is that the head and cover can come loose or be dislodged during use, which can cause torch fuel to spill and create a risk of burn injuries and property damage. The recalled torches have Lamplight Farms model numbers 1263 and 126301 and Wal-Mart item numbers 1656121 and 1691366, with UPC number 086861012635 printed on the hangtag.
According to the recall notice, consumers who own these torches should immediately stop using them and return them to any Wal-Mart store for a refund.
