Radio Flyer Inc. and the Consumer Product Safety Commission are recalling certain wooden toddler Walker Wagons because the black plastic clickers—which make a clicking sound as the wheels turn—can break apart. The broken pieces pose a choking or aspiration hazard to young children. The recalled wagons are red with "Radio Flyer" written in white on the sides, measure 22 inches long by 12 inches wide by 16½ inches high, and have a push handle and removable wooden stake sides. These wagons are designed for children ages 1 to 4 years old. Walker Wagons with clear plastic clickers are not affected by this recall.
If you have one of these recalled Walker Wagons, you should immediately remove it from young children's access and contact Radio Flyer to request free replacement clickers.
