What happened

Todo Dollar Wholesale is recalling pacifier necklaces that consist of a 28-inch multi-colored cord with a 3-inch plastic pacifier in assorted colors. The recalled products are labeled either "Flashing Pacifier Shock Baby Necklace" or "2-in-1 Flashing Pacifier with Whistle Necklace" on their packaging. On the Whistle Necklace model, the nipple functions as a whistle with a hole at the tip, and on both models, the pacifier handle operates as an on-off button for a flashing light feature.

The pacifier nipple can detach from the necklace, creating a choking hazard for young children. Consumers who purchased these pacifiers should return them to the store where they were bought to receive a refund.
