Children's bathrobes
Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
Petit Bateau USA Inc. and the Consumer Product Safety Commission have announced a recall of children's bathrobes that fail to meet flammability standards required for children's sleepwear. The recalled bathrobes are made of terrycloth (90 percent cotton and 10 percent polyester) and feature a hood, long sleeves, and two front patch pockets. They were sold in sizes 12M through 10YR in six color combinations: white with pink, blue, or beige trimming; cream with pink or blue trimming; and blue with white trimming. These bathrobes pose a risk of burn injury to children due to the possibility that the garment could ignite.
Consumers who own recalled Petit Bateau bathrobes (identified by the "Petit Bateau" label on the center-back neck edge) should return them to Petit Bateau USA Inc., 45 Essex Street, Suite 200, Millburn, NJ 07041. Upon return, consumers will receive a full refund including postage and a special gift.
