International Playthings, Inc. is recalling a rattle designed for infants ages 3 months and up due to a choking hazard. The rattle, approximately 5.5 inches long, features a clear spiral tube in the center containing eight yellow and purple balls, with colored ends (green, purple, orange, and yellow) and a blue center tube with a shaker inside. The spiral section can come apart, releasing the small balls inside, which poses a choking risk to young children. The item number E00148 is printed on the packaging.
