Nexgrill Industries is recalling the Beefmaster Explorer Outdoor Gas Grill Model Number 720-0001, a stainless steel tabletop grill used with a disposable propane cylinder. The grill has one main burner and a cooking grid. When consumers adjust the gas pressure regulator (on/off gauge) that connects to the propane cylinder, the label on the valve can become positioned so it is difficult to read. This can cause consumers to inadvertently leave the gas valve on, creating a fire hazard.
To address this issue, Nexgrill will provide consumers with a free replacement gauge. Consumers can either contact Nexgrill to obtain the replacement gauge directly or return the product to the company for free installation of the replacement gauge. Crate & Barrel customers may also contact Crate & Barrel to obtain a free replacement gauge or arrange for the product to be returned to the company for free installation. Model numbers are located on the back panel of the grill, and the brand name "Nexgrill" appears on a plate on the grill lid.
