What happened

Baby Swede, LLC is recalling "Baby Björn" infant carriers (model number 0260) because the back support buckle can detach from the shoulder straps, creating a fall hazard for the baby. The recalled carriers are made of cotton polyester blend fabric in either black with red piping or blue with white piping, and are labeled "Baby Carrier Active" on the packaging and on the carrier itself.

If you own one of these carriers, you should stop using it immediately and contact Baby Swede, LLC for instructions on returning the carrier for repair.
