Wear Me Apparel Corp. is recalling infant girls' clothing sets sold under the "Joe Boxer" brand name in sizes 12-months through 18-months and 24-months. The sets include a light tan sweat jacket with "Smile" embroidered on the front paired with red sweat pants. The recalled items contain a painted "smiley face" yellow zipper-pull attached to the jacket that has been found to contain lead paint, which poses a lead poisoning hazard if ingested by young children.
The recall affects only style numbers 40801002 and 40801003, which can be identified on the reverse side of the care label. The garments were made in China. According to the recall notice, consumers should return the clothing sets to any Kmart store to receive a full refund.
