Is my product affected?

Pasta Pals toys included with Fazoli's Kids Meals

  • Brand Fazoli's Management Inc., of Lexington, Ky.

Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.

What happened

Fazoli's restaurants distributed a plastic barrel-shaped toy called Pasta Pals with children's meals. The toy, which measures about 2.5 inches in diameter and 2 inches deep, contains six small plastic figures (three red tomatoes and three yellow ravioli pieces) that children can link together. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and Fazoli's have recalled this toy because the bottom of the container can fit over a child's nose and mouth, creating a suffocation hazard for children under 3 years of age.

According to the recall notice, consumers should immediately remove the barrel-shaped container from young children. Affected consumers can either discard the container or return it to any Fazoli's restaurant in exchange for a free Italian Lemon Ice.
