What happened

ZLP Manufacturing is recalling the Hornet zip line trolley because the retaining pin can release and cause the two side plates to separate and fall off the zip line, creating a fall hazard. The recalled trolley features yellow triangular side plates with "ZLP Hornet" cut into one plate, rollers at two corners, a center handle with black grips, and a T-shaped retaining pin that can be released by pushing a blue button on the pin's end.
