What happened

Johnson Health Tech is recalling all Magnum and Matrix Fitness 900 Pro Series multi-station strength training towers used in commercial fitness facilities including health clubs, hotels, apartment complexes, rehabilitation centers, schools, and municipal facilities. The plastic connectors linking the towers can slide out or break, creating an injury hazard. The recalled machines include various configurations such as adjustable pulleys, dual adjustable pulleys, triceps push down stations, and bicep/tricep pull down stations, and can be identified by "Magnum" or "Matrix" on the serial number label at the base of each unit.

Owners of affected multi-station strength training towers should immediately prevent people from using the equipment and contact Johnson Health Tech North America to schedule a free repair.
