Snoopy Sno-Cone Machines
Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
LaRose Industries has recalled Cra-Z-Art Snoopy Sno-Cone Machines because a brass rivet can fall out of the ice-shaving cylinder and end up in a sno-cone, potentially injuring a person's mouth or teeth. The affected machines are white doghouse-shaped devices with red roofs and red shovels, featuring Snoopy, Charlie Brown, Lucy, and a snowman. The recall applies only to machines with one of three specific batch numbers—BCH003005A28-0812, BCHTRU001A17-0812, or BCHTRU004A16-0712—printed on the back of the white plastic doghouse and on the side of the box.
Consumers who own a recalled sno-cone machine should stop using it immediately and contact LaRose Industries to request a free repair kit, which includes a new ice-shaving cylinder. The record states that consumers should not return the machines to the store where they were purchased.
