The recall affects Designer Series models DDBB363, DDBB536, DTBB363, and DFBB363/DFBB536/FDBB5361 with serial numbers starting with dates between 110105 and 081012, as well as Professional Series models VCBB363, VCBB536, VCBB5361, VIBB363, and VIBB536 with serial numbers starting with dates between 110105 and 080512. The model and serial numbers can be found on the ceiling of the refrigerator's interior.
Consumers who own affected refrigerators should stop using them if the door does not appear sealed properly, is sagging, or fails to open or close normally. If the door is working properly, consumers may continue using the refrigerator until it is repaired. Affected consumers should contact Viking immediately to schedule a free in-home repair.

The model and serial numbers are located on the ceiling of the interior of the refrigerators. The first six numbers in the serial number range are the manufacture date of the unit in (mm)(dd)(yy).
