Hy Cite Enterprises is recalling Royal Prestige brand stainless steel 9-ply "Thermal Wall" pots and pans because the cookware can collapse, crimp, or severely deform when exposed to heat, creating a burn and fire hazard. The recall affects multiple products sold individually and in sets, including saucepans (1.5 qt. and 2 qt.), Dutch ovens (3 qt., 4 qt., 6 qt., and 8 qt.), skillets (8" and 10.5"), and paella pans (10" and 14"). Recalled cookware can be identified by markings on the bottom that include "Thermal Wall" and "9-Ply."
Consumers who own these pans should stop using them immediately and contact Hy Cite for return instructions. Upon return, consumers will receive a free replacement pan along with a supplemental credit voucher for additional products.
