Contours Options LT Tandem Strollers
Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
Kolcraft is recalling all Contours Options LT tandem strollers with model number ZT012 due to safety hazards. The front wheel assembly can break, which may cause a child in the stroller to fall. Additionally, strollers manufactured in January and February 2012 have nuts that hold the basket support screws in place, and these nuts can detach and pose a choking hazard to young children. The strollers are dual-seat models with one mesh basket beneath both seats and were sold in two color options: black with red canopies and accents, or gray with yellow canopies and accents. The model number and manufacturing date are printed on a label located on the rear leg of the stroller.
If you own a recalled stroller, you should immediately stop using it and contact Kolcraft to receive free replacement wheels. If your stroller was manufactured in January or February 2012, you will also receive replacement nuts for the basket support screws.
