Attorney Introduction Disclosure
Last Updated: August 15, 2026
1. When an introduction happens
Never automatically. Asking a question on Plaintify Answers shares nothing with anyone. An introduction happens only if you affirmatively request one, enter your contact details, and check the consent box — and the exact consent wording you agreed to is stored with your request.
2. What is shared, and with whom
Your name, the contact details you provide, and a summary of your question are shared with participating law firms that are licensed in your state and handle that type of matter. Your information may be shared with more than one firm — introductions are not exclusive, and more than one firm may contact you.
3. No fees, in either direction
- You are never charged for an introduction.
- Participating firms are not charged for an introduction, and Plaintify receives no fee contingent on any attorney-client engagement, no share of any fee, and no share of any recovery.
- Plaintify's business is software it sells to law firms by subscription. That subscription is not tied to whether a firm accepts, declines, or succeeds in any matter introduced through Plaintify Answers.
4. No endorsement, no ranking, no promise
Plaintify does not endorse, recommend, rank, or vouch for any attorney or firm, and does not evaluate the quality of their work. Participation is not a credential. No attorney is obligated to accept your matter, and no outcome is promised. Any attorney who contacts you is independently licensed and remains solely responsible for their own professional obligations to you, including conflicts checks and the terms of any engagement.
5. Withdrawing
You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the “Delete my data” link on the Answers page, or by writing to privacy@plaintify.ai. Deleting your information with Plaintify does not, by itself, end any relationship you have separately formed with a law firm.
