Philips North America, LLC is recalling 118 Philips Charging Stations (Product #989803191021) used with the Expression MR400 MRI Patient Monitoring System. The charging stations contain Philips LI-Polymer rechargeable batteries that may not charge properly when inserted into a charger bay. When affected, the LED indicator light displays solid red and the battery will not charge, which may result from poor electrical contact between the battery and the charger.
