Keystone RV Company is recalling certain 2021-2022 Sprinter and Bullet trailers and 2022 Arcadia, Carbon, Alpine, Avalanche, Cougar, Fuzion, High Country Montana, Hideout, Impact, Montana, Outback, Passport, Raptor, and Springdale fifth wheel and travel trailers. The solar controller in these vehicles may be incorrectly wired, which can cause safety alarms—including carbon monoxide and propane gas detectors—to stop working properly, increasing the risk of injury to occupants.
Keystone dealers will inspect the voltage readings and correct the wiring at no charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on May 2, 2022. Affected owners should contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369 and reference recall number 22-423 to arrange the repair.
