2018 KEYSTONE HIDEOUT
Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
Keystone RV Company is recalling certain 2018 Hideout recreational trailers, model 310, because the Federal Placard on these vehicles displays incorrect tire information. The placard lists the tire size as ST225/75R15D with 65 PSI and a Gross Axle Weight Rating of 5,080 lbs, when the correct specifications are tire size ST225/75R15E with 80 PSI and a Gross Axle Weight Rating of 5,200 lbs. This incorrect labeling may cause operators to underinflate the tires, which could result in tire failure and increase the risk of a crash.
Keystone has notified owners and is providing a corrected Federal Placard at no cost. Owners of affected trailers should contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369 to obtain the corrected placard. The recall began on December 27, 2017, and Keystone's reference number for this recall is 17-310.
