What happened

Shenzhenshi Axi Technology Co. LTD is recalling certain aftermarket OXILAM LED headlight bulbs sold through Amazon.com. The bulbs, identified by part numbers F3-H11 and F3-9005, can produce excessive glare or brightness that reduces the vision of oncoming drivers, creating an increased risk of crashes. These bulbs do not meet the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards number 108 for lamps and associated equipment.

To resolve this issue, the company will replace affected LED headlight bulbs with halogen bulbs at no cost to consumers. Owners of these bulbs should contact Shenzhenshi Axi Technology customer service at 1-809-894-9735 or email service@oxilam.com to arrange the replacement.

Shenzhenshi Axi Technology Co. LTD is recalling certain aftermarket OXILAM LED headlight bulbs with part numbers F3-H11 and F3-9005, sold through Amazon.com. These bulbs can create excessive glare or brightness to oncoming traffic.
