What happened

General Motors is recalling certain 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer vehicles equipped with optional 17-inch sport terrain tires because the certification labels on these vehicles are missing required tire size and cold tire pressure information for the front and rear tires. Without this information, drivers may incorrectly inflate or underinflate their tires, which could increase the risk of a crash.

GM will notify owners and mail corrected labels at no charge for owners to apply themselves. The recall began July 1, 2020. Owners of affected vehicles should contact Chevrolet customer service at 1-800-222-1020 or reference GM's recall number A202304070 for more information.

General Motors LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer vehicles factory-equipped with optional 17-inch sport terrain tires. The certification label on these vehicles does not provide the tire size and cold tire pressure information for front and rear tires, as required. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."
