  • Brand ARCIMOTO

Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.

What happened

Arcimoto Inc is recalling certain 2017 FUV motorcycles because they were built with a front/rear split brake system instead of a left/right split brake system. If the front brake system fails, the rear brake system may not allow the vehicle to stop within the required distance, creating a crash risk. These motorcycles do not comply with federal brake system safety standards.

Arcimoto will replace the existing brake lines with new brake lines featuring an updated design at no cost to owners. Affected consumers should contact Arcimoto customer service at 1-541-683-6293 and reference recall number 7F7-P2S8D-12.
