2016 VOLVO XC90
Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
Volvo is recalling certain 2016 XC90 vehicles because the sunroof switch on the overhead console may not be recessed deeply enough, which could allow it to be unintentionally pressed. If pressed, the sunroof panel will fully close, creating an increased risk of occupant injury. The affected vehicles were manufactured between January 27, 2015, and April 23, 2016.
To remedy this issue, Volvo will notify owners and dealers will perform a free software upgrade that disables the auto-close function. Affected owners should contact Volvo customer service at 1-800-458-1552, visit http://Volvo.custhelp.com, or reference recall number R89702 when scheduling service with a dealer.
