EVENFLO TRANSITIONS BOOSTER SEAT
Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
Evenflo is recalling certain Transitions 3-in-1 Combination Booster Seats (model numbers 34411686, 34411695, and 34411029) produced between December 18, 2014, and January 29, 2016. The central front adjuster button used to loosen the seat's internal harness may be within a child's reach, allowing the child to activate it and loosen the harness. This poses an increased risk of injury in a crash if the internal harness is not tightened snugly around the child. The safety issue only affects use of the seat in the forward-facing harnessed booster configuration (22-65 lbs. and 28-50 in.).
Affected owners will be notified by Evenflo and provided a remedy kit at no charge that includes a newly-designed seat pad and central front adjuster assembly. Owners should contact Evenflo at www.transitions.evenflo.com or call 1-800-233-5921 to receive the remedy kit.
