Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
Ford is recalling certain 2015 model year Escape, Focus, and C-Max vehicles manufactured between April 2014 and June 2015 because the engine may continue running after the key or START/STOP button is turned off. If the engine does not shut down as expected, a driver could move the transmission shifter out of park, potentially causing the vehicle to move unintentionally and increasing crash risk.
Ford will notify owners, and dealers will update the body control module software at no charge to fix the problem. Owners of affected vehicles should contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332 or reference recall number 15C06 to schedule an appointment with a Ford dealer for the software update.
