What happened

Specialty Products Company is recalling certain aftermarket alignment hardware kits sold between March 9, 2015 and June 22, 2015. Part number 28810 is affected for 1999-2015 Mercedes-Benz vehicles, and part number 66037 is affected for 2005-2015 Chrysler 300 and 300C, 2006-2008 Dodge Magnum, and 2008-2015 Dodge Charger and Challenger vehicles. The suspension bolts in these kits may fracture, which could cause loss of vehicle control and increase the risk of a crash.

If you own an affected product, Specialty Products Company will notify you and replace the affected bolts at no charge. The recall began on September 3, 2015. You can contact SPC customer service at 1-303-772-2103 for more information.
