Buy4easy Inc is recalling certain TMS JX-A5005 full face motorcycle helmets with visors in sizes S, M, L, and XL that were manufactured between April 1, 2012, and July 15, 2013. These helmets failed safety penetration tests and have labels that do not comply with Department of Transportation regulations, meaning they do not meet federal motorcycle helmet safety standards and may not properly protect wearers in a crash.
If you own one of these recalled helmets, you should contact Buy4easy customer service at 1-626-388-9898. The company will provide a full refund for the helmet.

Buy4easy Inc (Buy4easy) is recalling certain TMS JX-A5005 full face helmets with visors, sizes S, M, L, and XL, manufactured from April 1, 2012, to July 15, 2013. The affected motorcycle helmets failed the penetration test. Additionally, the helmet label does not meet DOT regulations. As such, these helmets fail to meet the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 218, "Motorcycle Helmets."
