Velvac, Inc. is recalling certain warning triangle kits sold under the brand names Velvac TO-502 (Part No. 90235) and Torch Industrial TO-205 (Part No. 090235) that were manufactured between December 28, 2012, and April 10, 2014. These warning triangles do not meet federal safety requirements for configuration, stability, color, and durability testing, which means they may not provide adequate stability and reflectivity when used outdoors. This defect can increase the risk of a vehicle crash.
Velvac will notify owners and replace the recalled warning triangles free of charge through authorized dealers. The recall began on January 22, 2015. Affected consumers should contact Velvac customer service at 1-262-787-7102 to arrange for replacement.

These warning triangle kits do not comply with configuration, stability, color, and durability testing. Thus, these warning triangle kits fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 125 "Warning devices."
