Swivel
Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
DMM's Compact Swivel Range climbing equipment (models Nexus 1 S-L, Nexus 2 S-S, and Nexus 3 L-L) has been recalled because the swivel was assembled incorrectly. The two sides of the swivel could become separated while in use, and if this happens while the equipment is supporting a load, it could cause a climber to fall and suffer injuries. The product also does not meet European safety standards for personal protective equipment.
The manufacturer, DMM, is recalling the product from end users. The source document does not specify what actions affected consumers should take in response to this recall.
