Xtava handheld hairdryers in black and white (models XTV010010N, XTV010011N, XTV010012N, and XTV010013N, sold under the names "Allure" and "Allure Pro") lack a thermal cut-out device and have combustible plastic casing. These hairdryers can overheat and catch fire during use, with melted plastic potentially causing burns and exposing live electrical parts that could shock users. The product does not meet safety requirements under the Low Voltage Directive and European standard EN 60335.
