Energizer has recalled certain USB power supplies sold under the name Ultimate Wall Charger - 3.1 Amp. The recalled models are reference AC2UUNUIP5 (for Apple devices), AC2UUNUMC2 (for Micro USB compatible devices), and AC2UUNUSM2 (for Samsung devices). These 15-watt chargers have two USB ports delivering 2.1 amps and 1 amp respectively, and the insulation and creepage distances between live parts and accessible metallic parts are insufficient, creating a safety hazard. The products do not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and European standard EN 60950.
