What happened

Honda is recalling certain passenger vehicles produced between 2004 and 2008, including the Accord, Accord Tourer, Civic, CR-V, Jazz, and Stream models. The passenger airbag inflator in these vehicles may produce excessive internal pressure when deployed, which could cause the inflator to rupture and propel metal fragments that could injure vehicle occupants.
