Vapeurs 600 puffs disposable electronic cigarettes containing 20 mg/ml nicotine are being recalled because they lack a leaflet with information about safe and correct use. The product comes in multiple flavors including Banana Ice, Blue Razz Ice, Blueberry Ice, Double Apple, Energy Drink, Grape, Gummy Bear, Lush Ice, Lychee Ice, Mango Ice, Orange Soda, Passionfruit, Peach Ice, and Pineapple Coconut Ice. Each device contains 2.0 ml of liquid and delivers approximately 600 puffs.
Nicotine is acutely toxic and poses safety risks if the product contacts skin or is ingested, and the product does not comply with the Tobacco Products Directive. Retailers were ordered to withdraw the product from the market effective October 8, 2021, and again on October 27, 2021. The recall was reported by Ireland.
