What happened

Nicoli baby clothing items—a green-striped blouse with front buttons, a romper suit with buttons at the back and crotch, and a cotton dress with back buttons—have been recalled because their buttons detach too easily. The loose buttons create small choking hazards for children, and the products fail to meet the safety standard UNE 40902.

The manufacturer was ordered to withdraw these products from the market effective March 21, 2013. The recall record does not specify what consumers should do if they have purchased these items.
