Disney Baby activity toys featuring the Tigger character from Winnie the Pooh have been recalled due to unsafe levels of lead and chromium in the brown stripes of the Tigger component. The affected products include 12 different designs manufactured between July and November 2009, such as playmats, mobiles, chime toys, and pram bars. The lead and chromium levels exceed safety limits established by European toy safety standards.
