A Standing ventilator model GC-8830 manufactured by Golden Crown has been recalled due to multiple safety hazards. The protective grille does not adequately protect against the rotating vanes and lacks sufficient mechanical strength. The fan can overturn when placed on a sloped surface as shallow as 10 degrees.
