A soft toy hare named SANDY has been recalled due to a choking hazard. The toy, made of simulated white and blue fur with textile paws, ears, and nose and a light blue or green band around the neck, has a plastic fastening clip that holds a cardboard label to its ear. This plastic clip is small enough to fit into a child's mouth and poses a serious choking risk. The product does not meet the requirements of the European Toys Directive or the EN 71-1 safety standard. The toy measures no more than 300 mm and carries a warning label stating it is not suitable for children under 36 months.
