Men's lace-up trainer-style shoes branded "Ymaida" (model 97Y 576) are being recalled due to a chemical hazard. The shoes contain dimethylfumarate (DMF) at a concentration of 3.49 mg/kg in the sachet. Dimethylfumarate is a substance that causes strong skin sensitization upon contact and is banned in consumer products under Commission Decision 2009/251/EC. The affected shoes are mustard-colored suede with light brown leather or artificial leather trim, a mustard-colored textile tongue and instep padding, a two-tone light brown rubber anti-slip sole, a yellow insole, and contain the internal code P99-08E-576 41.

The sole is rubber, anti-slip, in two-tone light brown. The insole is yellow; internal lining is in a lighter colour.
