The FEROTEHNA portable lamp for children poses a serious electric shock hazard because it lacks a transformer to provide Safety Extra Low Voltage (SELV) protection and includes no instructions for use. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive or the European standard EN 60598. The recalled lamps consist of ceramic animal-shaped bases (either a bear cub or duckling) with textile lampshades in various colors. Two models are affected: HD-2002-39 (bear cub) and HD-2002-45 (duckling), each available in multiple color options identified by specific barcodes. The lamps are rated at 230V with a maximum of 40W and include a supply cord, plug, and on/off switch.
