A Technika 2-slice toaster model TK-306A (bar code 8013784774779, lot T-134-4) with a white cover and metal side walls has been recalled due to serious safety defects. The product poses risks of electric shock because the heating element is accessible, the internal wiring insulation is unfixed, there is insufficient distance between the heating element and accessible metal parts, and the plug is non-standardized. On one of the sides there is the lever for lowering the slices, the rotating timer button and STOP button.
