Infantino is recalling two hanging activity toys for young children due to a hazard involving blue metallic material that can separate from the product. In the Tag Along Chime Trio (Model 550-3092/150-3092), the shiny blue material is located on the yellow flower's bottom petal and bug wings. In the Activity Stackers toy (Model 558-202/158-202), the blue metallic material is on the bottom removable ring's petal-shaped protrusion. If this material separates and comes off as small fabric fragments, it can pose a choking, gagging, or ingestion hazard to young children.
