RaZbaby's Keep-it-Kleen pacifier is being recalled because the soother can split into five separate pieces, each of which poses a choking hazard to babies and young children. A soother for babies and young children with a butterfly, open effect, coloured plastic cover that closes around a silicone teat when dropped in order to keep it clean. Printed, decorated knob and a clear, non-flexible, plastic shield which has two ventilation holes. The packaging is marked: "The only pacifier that closes instantly when it drops!" and contains a warning; “Do not tie the pacifier around baby’s neck as it presents a strangulation danger”.
