Happy Time brand children's outfits in pink (model E 7258) intended for children up to age 7 have been recalled due to strangulation and injury hazards. The outfits, which consist of a skirt and short-sleeved top made of 100% cotton with a butterfly print, contain drawstrings in the neck area and lower part of the blouse that hang below the clothing's edge. The product does not meet the safety requirements of European standard EN 14682. The product was notified as a safety concern by Bulgarian authorities.
