Two children's clothing items have been recalled due to strangulation hazards: a Blue Moon children's jacket (model MT-9395C, size 104 cm) with a light blue hood containing elastic drawstrings and plastic toggles, and BI QI Fashion children's sweatshirts (models BQ-027 and BQ-033, size 4 years) with yellow or printed hoods also featuring elastic drawstrings with plastic toggles. Both products fail to meet the European safety standard EN 14682 because of these drawstrings, which pose a risk of strangulation to children.

Purpose of the drawstrings is functional. Children's sweatshirt BQ-033 - Size is 4 years old with a hood and front pockets.
