HUAYI LIGHTING recessed luminaires (models MS-133 and MS-20XDY) with halogen lamps are being recalled due to safety hazards. The luminaire has gold metal cover. The cable is connected to the GX5.3 SELV lampholder (inscription: (DX-106 25 V 4 A VDE). A terminal block (inscription: W6 380 V + +mark of approval) is provided for connecting the product to the mains supply. There was no instruction of the installation attached to the product.
